Cres's northern car-ferry terminal for Jadrolinija line 334 from Brestova on the Istrian mainland.
The Brestova–Porozina crossing takes about 20 minutes. Tickets are valid for any departure on the printed travel date, but vehicles are loaded in arrival order and summer queues can be substantial.
